Ever take a sip of a flavored beer and think to yourself, “this is just juice” (Summer Shandy, I’m lookin’ at you). Well, I am not going to say this isn’t a sweet beer, but it is certainly more drinkable than any other I’ve had to date.
On pour, it doesn’t have much head, and yet, on first sip, compared to other beers, it has a bit more of a carbonated texture. I am not usually into that, but for this one it pairs very nicely with the subtle flavor.
Think about biting into a fuzzy peach. The texture of its skin in your mouth as you chew on the juicy meat of the fruit. The carbonation provides a strikingly similar sensation.
After finishing, I was not left with a feeling of being full. Indeed, Peachy Pipe Dream didn’t have a single offensive thing about its delivery.
And that is the prominent reason I am taking time to review this product. It hits all the notes for a perfect summertime beer. On a float trip or just porch sitting and judging your neighbor’s lawncare, this beer is easy. Easy to drink and easy to enjoy.
